My question is why is PLEX requesting HDHomeRun details when I have deleted the HDHomeRun device from my system. I recognise that the Vbox Live TV Gateway is NOT a HDHomeRun device and am not surprised that Plex fails to accept/respond to the IP of that vbox device when input. Don’t see your HDHomeRun Device? Enter its network address manually^ But when I select SETUP PLEX DVR, I get presented with the response: "We couldn’t find any hardware we recognize, but will continue to look for available devices. Plex advises: ( Supported DVR Tuners and Antennas | Plex Support) that the VBox LiveTV Gateway device ( VBox XTi-3442 (DVB-T)) is supported. I’m now having problems getting my new VBox Live TV Gateway (vbox_4952) to be recognised by Plex Media Server running on my Synology NAS. I have had a Plex Pass for several years now and it was working perfectly with the HDHomeRun dual tuner until that device decided to die (it would turn on then cease to operate - all attempts to get device repaired were ignored by the manufacturer).
